Data Privacy for Candidates

For us to consider your application for employment, and to conduct due diligence of your employment and education record, your CV and personal information e.g. name, email address and telephone number shall be shared with Intraclear’s HR department, departmental heads and the Management.

The above processing is based on your consent which you may withdraw at any time by contacting Intraclear’s HR department at hr@intraclear.com .  This withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal.

For candidate employees who do not secure a position of employment, personal data such as CVs are held for a period of six (6) months, however, certain basic identifying information may be held for up to one (1) year to ensure efficiency in the selection process. Sensitive personal data about candidate employees is destroyed immediately upon being informed of their unsuccessful application.  For successful candidates securing a position of employment, your personal data will be stored for a period equal to the duration of your employment, plus for up to ten years after your departure. You will be informed of Intraclear’s PRIVACY POLICY FOR EMPLOYEES should you receive an offer of employment.

You have the right to request access to, and rectification, or erasure of your personal data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the Office of the Commissioner for the Protection of Personal Data, by phone at +357 22818456, or by email at commissioner@dataprotection.gov.cyby following the required procedure as per the link:
